Pricing information
All product prices are exclusive of VAT. We are required to charge 19 % VAT (Value Added Tax) to products that are shipped to destinations within the EU. There are four different options in our order form, make sure that you select the option that corresponds with your situation. Orders with faulty or invalid information will be canceled.
Available choices:
- Dutch citizen or company:
Select this option if you live in The Netherlands. The VAT rate will be applied to your order. - EU citizen:
Select this option if you live in one of the countries that belongs to the EU. See WikiPedia for more information. The VAT rate will be applied to your order. - EU company:
Select this option if your company is paying for the order. You will need to provide us with a valid VAT ID and the full name of your company. The provided information will be checked on the VAT number validation page. EU companies don’t have to pay Dutch VAT, so no extra charges apply to these orders. - Non EU citizen or company:
No VAT rate will be applied to these orders, but customs in your country can charge import taxes and fees to your order.
Shipping zones
- EU Zone I: Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden.
- EU Zone II: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgary and Romania.
- World Zone I: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Kroatia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus and Switzerland.
- World Zone II: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hongkong, Israël, Japan, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Russia, Suriname, United States and South Africa.

- Non insured shipping: Packages are shipped with International Priority service. This is our cheapest shipping option, it’s affordable, but there’s no way to track these shipments. Not recommended for France.
- Insured shipping: Cost effective insured shipping option. Shipments within the EU are insured up to € 500 and shipments to the rest of the world are insured up to € 146. This option offers online tracking and a return service for non deliverable shipments, but additional/return shipping costs are not included. Investigation of lost shipments can take up to three months, but most packages are recovered within a few weeks.
- Expedited shipping: Super fast and secure shipping with online tracking option. The shipping fees are estimated and the price difference will be refunded as soon as your order is ready for shipment. This shipping option is recommended for large or expensive orders, so risk of loss is reduced to a minimum.
- Shipping fee: Price of shipping option plus packaging material, in Euros.
- Weight: The weight of a shipment including packaging material.
- Transit time: Average number of business days until the shipment arrives at it’s destination. Note that these transit times are not guaranteed. Please choose an expedited shipping option if you need your goods delivered really fast.
Payment options
We currently support Paypal payments or bank transfers (EU Only). Our default payment method is Paypal. You will receive a Paypal invoice as soon as your order is ready for shipping or manufacturing. Paypal invoices can be paid with any major credit card, you don’t need to have a Paypal account.
Please type “BANK” in the Paypal field to specify that you would like to pay by bank transfer, so we can send you our payment information such as Swift/IBAN and BIC codes.
