Prototyping Modules: Countersink mountening holes "Full Arduinome enclosure kit"?

I am interested in ordering a "Full Arduinome enclosure kit - 8x8".

I see some photo's about "Countersink mounting holes":

Are the mountening holes for the "Full Arduinome enclosure kit - 8x8" pre-countersinked by machinecollective ?
Or is it something that you should do yourself?
